Customer Returns Policy It is Company policy to refund in full a customer for any items returned within 30 days of invoice that are faulty, do not do what we claim they will, or were incorrectly supplied by us against a customer specification.

Where a customer has ordered the wrong material or no longer requires the items, Hydraulics Direct Pty Ltd will accept the return of stockable items in as sold condition up to 30 days from date of invoice. Such returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase and will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Items especially bought in for customers will not be accepted for return unless they can be returned to our supplier. If our supplier does accept a return we will deduct the re-stocking fee charged by our supplier, the cost of returning the items, and our own re-stocking fee of 15%.

Privacy Policy We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. The information we collect is required firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. If you have given consent to receive our newsletter we will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

Your name, Address, Phone and fax number, Email address

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.  You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us or viewing your details under 'My Profile'. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. Payment Methods Hydraulics Direct Pty Ltd accept credit card and direct deposit. We do not accept COD orders.  Payment will be arranged by our sales staff via phone or email after an order is received.  Submitting an order online does not guarantee acceptance of the order by Hydraulics Direct Pty Ltd.

Payment Security Hydraulics Direct Pty Ltd does not store credit card information or any other financial records. Online payments are secured by 128bit SSL encryption.

Prices All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include G.S.T. unless otherwise stated.

Errors and Omissions While we have tried very hard to ensure the accuracy of the product and pricing information, we are not responsible for typographical errors, omissions or technical inaccuracies.

Shipping Orders placed by 12:00 PM on weekdays will be processed and shipped the same day depending on stock. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will ship the following Monday. Hydraulics Direct Pty Ltd uses 3Kg and 5Kg prepaid overnight satchels and Toll for road freight.  Orders may be sent via our customers own freight by selecting 'Other' during the order process and providing an account number and company name in the 'Comments' section.

Shipping rates are calculated based on postal address and weight of items.  Customers will be notified of shipping delays via email or phone.
